About Me

I was born in France, where I worked as a project manager for music festivals. At twenty-four, I decided to reinvent myself and moved to the US. At that point, life was hard: I didn't know how to believe in myself, speak openly and honestly, overcome fear of failure and judgmement, or develop healthy habits to take care of myself. I didn't know how to value myself and my skills in my career. I needed to change.

It didn't happen overnight. Little by little, I learned to be more assertive of my needs, to trust in my own creativity, and to let go of perfectionism. It was liberating! I embraced change and became a confidence coach for women.

Today, I live with my amazing wife and our dog in Los Angeles.
